Another neighbor of Terri's in Chagford, Barlow makes the most exquisite watercolor pictures of crows, foxes, trees, rabbits, other animals and animal people. She is truly a delightful artist and M4THQ is grateful that this fundraiser brought her to our attention, and covetous of several of her paintings.
